Finding What Is Real and Making Use Of It

This post is made out of a little bit of frustration and anger because of all the confusion and helplessness I come across from people who are desperate to make money online.

I get a little bit annoyed when I see other people who claim to be experts misleading people who are new to making money online just so they can attempt to make money online themselves.

The truth is most of these people who are not honest and try and trick you into believing that their product is the be all and end all of making money online are not making any money themselves, so they are desperately seeking to try and make some money so they are prepared to lie to do it.

Which is disappointing for two reasons.

1. It makes people give up and forget their dream of working from home and having the lifestyle they really want which is extremely sad because it is possible for everyone to quit their 9 -5 and be financially free.

2. It gives the legit, honest people a bad name and makes it hard for the "good" to get through all the rubbish and lies and scams. It gives making money online a bad name when in reality the ability to make an exceptional income from the Internet is one of the most amazingly opportunities imaginable.

Here is my advice, look to the people who you know ARE successful. Follow those who don't hide and do misleading things but the people who are up front and open with you and tell you the truth and not tell you things for their own gain.

Because theses are the people who really know how to make money online because they know they can be honest and tell the truth because their business model is a successful one and doesn't rely on scams, lies and deception.

I know it is very hard to try and sort through all the rubbish online, but let me tell you that it is a very real reality that you can make a living online and all you need to do is find the people who are already doing it and model yourself after them.

The Importance Of Tracking Your Traffic

This may seem like an obvious thing to say but you really do need to track your visitors and track what they do on your site.

If you have many traffic sources (which you should) it is important to know what the most effective form of traffic is.

Discover where the majority of sales are coming from and focus your attention on increasing and improving that source of traffic.

You want to have many sources of traffic that converts well and the only way you can find out what converts and what doesn't is to track your traffic.

Now there are many, many ways to make money online but in my opinion one of the most effective methods is to create your own product and sell it.

Having your own product allows you to build a brand around it and obviously keep all the profits.

Some products you can create are:

-Membership Site
-Software
-Service Of Some Kind
-Home Study Course
-Webinar
-One on one coaching
-Seminar

That is just a small list of some of things you can create. You don't have to stick with the standard eBook because thats what everyone is doing. Stand out, be different.

Anyway that was just a short list of the top of my head. I just wanted to let you know really quickly that you should be setting up your own website and selling your own product.

Head over to Clickbank and check out their large list of affiliate products you can promote.

Check out ones that have a high conversion rate because they are going to be easier to sell

Taking Massive Action

I found a cool post here which talks about taking action. I am a very strong believer in taking action and believing in yourself.

The fact is that anyone can do anything. It's only limiting beliefs that hold people back. When you "snap out" of it and realize that you can do whatever you want it becomes very exciting.

But don't just think about, don't just talk about it. DO IT!

You must take action or nothing will happen.

Relationship Marketing

The big thing about Internet Marketing is that the more people you know in the higher circle the more successful you can be. At least more instantly successful. You simply can't do it alone, thats why JV's are so valuable. The more influential people you know the bigger and better JV's you can have.

So an important tip is to start building relationships with influential people now even if you don't have a a product to sell that way when you do have something to sell you are going to have a team of people willing to help you promote.

I just came across an awesome post by a guy name Russell Brunson. If you don't know who he is YOU SHOULD. He is a very successful Internet Marketer and has a lot of valuable information on his blog. I suggest you become a regular reader.

Now what really caught my eye was one of his post about his residual income methods which you can read here

One method was having an offline monthly newsletter that he sent out. His subscribers pay him $39.97 a month to receive the newsletter and he has an amazing 3,500 subscribers.

You know there are many ways you can look at success. The fact is that you need to start somewhere and even the biggest of dreams have to start small.

If you have a vision and a path to follow once you start you will get there. Having a big vision and a big goal is like having a road to travel on. Once you start even though at the very start your earnings are most likely going to be small the further you go the more you are going to make.

So have a big goal and follow it, from the time you start to the time you achieve your goal you will have earned MASSIVE amounts of money in the process and be very thankful that you started when you did.
